Step 1.
The G-PRO makes faxing and emailing passé. Everything is handled securely online in a matter of minutes. You save time, headaches and reclaim desk space where the fax machine used to sit. Simply login to the G-PRO and create an order by keying your property information into the system. Decide if you want your order sent for bids or to be directly assigned, then submit the order. That is all there is to it. Depending on your user level, the next step is to process the order.
Step 2.
Now it is time to process the order in the G-PRO. If it is to be directly assigned, choose your vendor via a drop down list and submit. However, if it is to be sent for bids, choose the vendor(s) and send thorough the G-PRO. Vendors are notified that a request is waiting in the G-PRO. After their bids are returned, assign it to your preferred vendor, "It's that easy!" No need to flip through a Rolodex™ or scroll down an address list. The G-PRO keeps all your vendor information front and center. Wait. Don't have a vendor to compete the order? No problem! Just click on the Full Service button and the G-PRO will manage the whole process.
Step 3.
The last step of the G-PRO process is to receive the completed order. How does this work? Again, another easy step. The system notifies you a vendor has uploaded a report. Login to the G-PRO and have the option to view it online, print it, or download it. It is your choice. Plus, the G-PRO acts as an archive for records of every transaction you make. What about a report completed a few months ago? The G-PRO's search feature allows you to find your record quickly and easily. No more trips to the filing cabinet.
